we received an order today from dunelm a large mirror 6 feet tall Hermes driver put it down gingerly and p1ssed off,checking it it`s broken smashed to bits,rang dunelm 0844 number they put me through the loop for 20 mins they refused to pick it up Health and Safety reasons I said what about my Health and Safety R**N said put it in bin and we will give you £5 gift voucher:mad: he said we cant get anybody to come out H& S he then said get Council to pick it up its free I said our council charges £19.99 he said no its free he refused to give me the £19.99 before he said he was going to ring back but didnt :mad:another lady said Yodel would pick it up,Dunelm a shower of barstwards:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
