My Rayburn 400 k p/f has smelt of oil since it was installed two years ago, still discussing the matter with Aga, does anyone out there have this Rayburn or any other oil fired model -- does yours smell of oil?
Thanks

Hi we had oil smells from our Aga (bought secondhand) for ages - tried an OH cowl which made no difference, finally a service engineer (not Aga) came out and changed a load of settings, said it had been set up incorrectly and we had no more trouble thereafter. I've heard that Rayburns are a bit more temperamental since you turn them up and down - with an Aga once it's going ok it's a case of leave well alone.0
