    Typically the questions asked of the GP are focused on a condition and the GP responses are typically focused back in response.

    Thanks for the info. I'm asking as someone who has recently taken out life assurance but am now concerned that I may have missed something that could be later used to invalidate the policy, even though it is a non-life-threatening condition or a minor ailment. My insurers have at least obtained a GP "report" to supplement my application form.
