Hi.
Is there any Lg customer service representatives on here who may be able to help me, please.
I have a 5 year parts & labour guarantee on my washing machine but I can't find the policy No.
I have phoned customer services but they are unwilling to do anything until I give them my No.
If you work for LG customer services can you tell me if there is any way around this or if there is anything else I can do.
