    Thanks Horse.

Perhaps I have covered myself by informing them via those emails. However doubt remains. Since they haven't disclosed or responded, would you think it is reasonable for me to assume those payments are true?

Agreed Miduck, I am not entitled to JSA.

However I have heard of ESA and JSA payments being misrepresented on a bank statement.

Again I agree calling the 0845 number would give some form of clarity, I would rather have a paper trail. Having being sanctioned before through face 2 face with the DWP and I approached that in a open and honest manner.... I have my reservations.

I'd be tempted to just stick any suspected overpayments into a savings account. You've made effort to contact them and query this. If you don't want to do it via 0845 number then I would just hold the money until as such time they come knocking saying we have overpaid you x and we want it back. At which point you can say.. here it is.. I have been holding it pending you getting yourselves together.

Failing all that... if you're sure there is overpayment and they keep sending you such then perhaps contact MP and say the DWP are sending money to you that you are not entitled to and they won't stop.

It would appear they received my original email as I requested an IS10 form at the same time... And the latter just hit my door mat.

Unless it is the DWP sent out this form through their own process and is coincidence?
