To claim the £50 cash back offer on the above how do I send to them proof of purchase,I have a tesco receipt for the tablet,when I come to fill in the form is it just a case of filling in some figures and letters off the receipt or is this not the case. Thankyou.

You do it online <link> and you'll need to scan your receipt and then upload it when doing the online claim (scan as a jpg image)
I see that they say:
If your qualifying purchase was made from Tesco Direct, we will accept a copy of your email order acknowledgement

I claimed my cashback via post, just filled in form and printed my receipt (Tesco direct) sent it recorded delivery.Had to wait a while but have now received my cheque.
