Break with kids between xmas and new year

Hi,

I'm looking for a break from around the 27th for 3 nights for 2 adults and 3 young children. We live in Newport South Wales and don't really want to travel more than 2 hours. I looked at Butlins Minehead but it is now sold out.

2 hours from Newport is quite a big circle!

What sort of break are you looking for?

Mainly focussed on the kids. They are 4, 5 and 6. A holiday park or similar with evening entertainment would be ideal

If be amazed if you could get something like that this late to be honest.

Up until yesterday Butlins was available. I've emailed to see if we can go on a reserve list

Lydstep Beach in Tenby is lovely and open until 7th January clubhouse will be closed but lots of child friendly resteraunts with play areas indoors etc very close and folly farm, oakwoood etc within 20 min drive. Only available privately as haven stop rentals in Nov www.lydstepcaravanhire.co.uk
