ha ha i've been using dewingbc and speaking to rachael there (i know its not her fault) but she seems really fed up and seems like there are problems after problem, basically telling me to contact dhl myself because shes done as much as she can with the non collections, she did refund me though very quickly and she was great up until then. real shame because i was sending a good few out a week.

payperdrop is dhl, not as bad as dewingbc but i had a breakage and a lost parcel, again it comes down to dhl but i have to wait ages for dhl to refund me or get any news out of them. either way i've not had my refunds and surprisingly i cant contact them either....will report this lot to dhl for tarnishing there name although i dont suspect dhl are that bothered, they havent been upto now.

itdistribution looks good, and a decent price aswell, will book a couple via them to see how it works out.

    thanks

Well I don't believe it , I booked DEWINGBC yesterday and thought the parcel would have been picked up today but wasn't, emailed about it and had to resend my details as she couldn't find my booking, haven't heard anything back from her, so I'm hoping it is collected tomorrow. I must be the kiss of death!!

Parcel was picked up today, tried tracking it, but not showing, how long do you think I should wait before trying to track again? Thanks in advance.

With DHL, i don't think it goes until the evening (when it reaches the service centre) and is on route to the delivery branch.

I booked yesterday for a collection today from Rachel and they collected it this morning, didn't know she didn't want to do it anymore, I have just paid for another 2 tonight so I hope she carries on, I really hope it's not a case like selective where everyone starts using them to the point she can't cope as I have found her really helpful.

Shes very good with communications about the delivery.

For example, i was having a parcel collected from someone, but dhl didn't pick up on 3 days - She was very helpful and apologetic, and rebooked everyday, but in the end i got a full refund!

Every other parcel i have sent has been collected next day and delivered the following day!

I Use Pharos, who are a booking agent for UPS - UPS are fantastic, you can pick your own collection time, they have always delivered within 24hrs.

Can't recommend highly enough - their prices are pretty damned good, as well. :T

I agree, she is very helpful, it would be a shame if she stopped doing it. I have recommended her to loads of ppl who use her now, I find it helps with the sales too - I don't inflate my charges and just charge the 3.99, so when you're selling the same item as someone else and they are charging a tenner courier service, you get the sale - so much so, someone contacted me last week asking how I had such a low postage for an item when they were selling an identical one and was charging over 8.00 (they had no bids,I did), I advised them how and they changed their listing!!
