Barclaycard Charge

Hiya folks
Can somebody help me,i've just been charged £12 for a late payment to barclaycard, it was payed in full on 05/04/07 the payment date being 10/04/07,i dont think i should of been charged,should i phone them up to complain or will it in anyway affect my credit rating.

You could try and obtain a refund, but basically you haven't allowed enough time for the payment to clear. Most cards require 4-5 working days for payment to clear - you have allowed 1 as the dates you mention were over the easter weekend.
It shouldn't affect your credit rating if it's a one off event, though it will possibly get marked as a late payment (1) on your report.0
