Vent - Tesco club card vouchers

Just a vent!
Tried to use some tesco club vouchers online last night. The website crashed after I entered my payment details and the message "sorry unexpected error".
Tried to order again today and I couldn't use my vouchers as they had become stuck in a reserved state. I thought that was fair enough.
However although tesco have unreserved them I can't use them online now until February next year when my new statement arrives.
Absolutely ridiculous. I will be going back to nectar!

Have you physically got the vouchers? If so and they have been reactivated - then you can use them, doesn't matter that you can't see them on-line.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Yes but sadly they are from 11 months ago so have long been thrown away. I tend to use them for rewards and just enter the codes in online. They have however deleted the codes from these vouchers online so I can't do that anymoreThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. They - MAY -show on-line - try checking again in 24 - to - 48 hrs.
However, you haven't lost anything - only time! If they don't appear, CC can always put them back into points for the Feb mailing.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Yes I know I'll get them eventually its just annoying as I was using them to buy Xmas presents. It just seems a bit ridiculous that if I had the vouchers I could enter the codes online, however the codes are no longer displayed on my account and nobody in customer services can tell me what the codes are!
Still there is nothing I can do about it. I don't really shop much at tesco anymore anyway so when these vouchers are spent ill probably not bother with the clubcard anymoreThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. No CC, do not have access to the full codes untill they are used. If it were otherwise, people could perceive that someone from CC could use them!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0
