Indeed. I also don't know many people who are capable of learning a foreign language to fluency in less than 6 months whilst working 6 days a week solely in their native tongue...

Yes they do. I've been into branches in more than one French city. They've been able to access our accounts, although we are Premier customers, so I don't know what difference that makes.
