According to the government website you should get one with DLA (and ESA in certain cases) providing you satisfy the residency qualifications....
Taken from
https://www.gov.uk/christmas-bonus/eligibility
To get a Christmas Bonus you must be present or ‘ordinarily resident’ in the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Gibraltar, any European Economic Area (EEA) country, or Switzerland during the qualifying week.
You must also get at least one of the following benefits in the ‘qualifying week’ - this is normally the first full week of December:- Attendance Allowance
- Carer’s Allowance
- Constant Attendance Allowance (paid under Industrial Injuries or War Pensions schemes)
- Contribution-based Employment and Support Allowance (once the main phase of the benefit is entered after the first 13 weeks of claim)
- Disability Living Allowance
- Incapacity Benefit at the long-term rate
- Industrial Death Benefit (for widows or widowers)
- Mobility Supplement
- Pension Credit - the guarantee element
- State Pension (including Graduated Retirement Benefit)
- Severe Disablement Allowance (transitionally protected)
- Unemployability Supplement or Allowance (paid under Industrial Injuries or War Pensions schemes)
- War Disablement Pension at State Pension age
- War Widow’s Pension
- Widowed Mother’s Allowance
- Widowed Parent’s Allowance
- Widow’s Pension

I didnt get one and was moved from IB long term to ESA work related group which I am appealing too was moved in 11th October 2012. I get same rate as I did when I was IB but no xmas bonus
My letter from Job centre says I am on contribution based ESA after a year I get nowt and am expected to work even though I am medically retired with small pension and have letter from GP saying I suffer from acute anxiety and social exclusion
Job centre said they ring me up in 6 months and that I need not go in there for interviews having accepted that I am unable to go into job centre and conducted a interview with me on the phone0 -

Wacky.
I appear to have been overpaid a christmas bonus in 2010, as I was on IR-ESA, and no DLA.
I shall put it on my list to contact them about this most urgently.0 -
Contribution-based Employment and Support Allowance (once the main phase of the benefit is entered after the first 13 weeks of claim)
Looks like I just fallen short in time by a few weeks seems unfair they moved the goal posts and took me off IB to ESA on top of that even without seeing me they give the threat of no ESA if I dont attend meeting and only on this for a year then no money and they expect my wife to support me and she only works16+ hours a week, its only benefit apart from a very small tax credit of around £17 per fortnight plus a small pension just over £50 per week0 -
I rang DWP yesterday they rang back today to say I did qualify and payment will be made on Monday. I know its only £10 but it helps dont have much money0

Pensioners :
In 1972, then prime minister Ted Heath introduced a £10 Christmas bonus for pensioners, it was almost twice the weekly basic state pension at the time. It was worth £98 in today's money. Any pensioner not getting it should ring : The Pension Service on freephone 0800 731 7898.
On winter fuel payments, you could get between £100 and £300 tax-free to help pay your heating bills if you were born on or before 5 July 1951, [this date changes every year] the money should come to you into your account automatically before Christmas. The money should already have been in your account by the second week in Dec, If you qualify but have had a problem getting it make a claim with this form.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. My son received his from DLA at the beginning of december, but I haven't had mine from CA yet, my next payment is due monday so it will probably come then.0
