Praise for Boots the Chemist!

I visited for the first time the 'new' Boots outlet in Dundee's Kingsway retail park and the staff were lovely! It's not often that you come across good old fashioned customer service these days but every member of staff I came across were so polite and helpful. One girl in particular who I asked about Lady Gaga perfume sold me a small bottle of Eau de Parfum then chased me round the shop to tell me that I could get the gift set for the same price so I swapped these over. Someone else saw me struggling with my basket (I'd overfilled it as you do!) and helped me transfer the stuff to a big bag (which in hindsight might have been to get me to buy more stuff :rotfl:) then the lady on the till carried my bags through the security gates just in case she hadn't got all the security tags.

They were all really nice and I'll definitely be going back there!
