    Yo team!

Thanks to the recent "what's in your freezer" thread, I have just remembered that I have two bag's worth of chicken giblets in a food container in the freezer. They came with the fresh chicken we got for Christmas.

I refuse to waste any food while someone else in this world is dying for lack of it.

An internet search has come up with a couple of possible recipes using them, but would always welcome any input from your good selves.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

I used mine to make a stock - just boiled up in a pan with onion, celery and carrot. Then used stock to make a mushroom/chicken risotto - very nice it was too
