I can also give the thumbs up to the PX60. So the 70 should be excellent. I can honesly say the 42" PX60 is a stunning plasma.0

And it was astonishingly good, I've always been a Panasonic fan since I spent 7 years working for Comet, not quite as good screen wise as the sony but Cheaper, better sound, better reliablility and the engineers don't grumble when they had on the rare occasion to fix one!
This is a very good price
