Asda Selection boxes and christmas chocs and sweets reduced

Just come back from Bloxw*ch store - Fox's are £4, no selection packs reduced, didn't spot the jars of sweets, and I'm sure I would've - the only thing they've reduced are the netted coins/penguins/puds. Oh well, I'm glad I didn't make a special journey

I went up to the bigger store nearby today. The shelves were bare for the items reduced [eg, Cadbury's wishes, chocolate snowballs, etc]! I found a couple of the large chocolate coins for 25p [I bought 4 - one each - and they are now hanging on the Christmas tree]. They didn't have the jars of sweets [something I'd gone for, as my brother loves them] and the selection boxes were showing at full price.

Heyho. It would have been nice to pick up a few bargains for Christmas presents, but they were only little extras, so it doesn't really matter.

I went into my local large store at around 1pm and loads of staff were walking out with trolleys full to their cars...needless to say the shelves were bare when I went into the store!!

I then went to my small local and the shelf was marked down to 50p in the front of the store and that was empty. I walked around to the seasonal isle and there were some Cadbury medium selection boxes on the shelf marked at £2. Took one and it scanned at 50p result! There were around 20 left.

Doesn't seem to be online yet but instore, selection boxes reduced from £2 to 50p down the chocolate seasonal isle and on the ends various ones mars medium bars, hello kitty 9 piece selection grab them while stocks last, was at Radcliffe:)

Also asda chocolate coins for 25p, Nestl! chocolate polar bears for 50p and Cadbury stars for 12p! Bargain, and great for small stocking fillers or small pressies!

rarely go in asda, but its next door to the cinema so went in for pop n sweets. Surprised they had any left when i went in at 5pm

They also had ASDA gingerbread men 6 in the pack both original and chocolate for 50p, ASDA tube of chocolate footballs 50p, and various other bits ranging from 25-75p, they had Cadbury Santa boxes for 50p but none on the shelf so I don't know what they are sorry!

Worth having a look round boxes of chocolates and big tins of biscuits also reduced!

I went in to my local big store and scanned each if the selection boxes and I went through the self serve, each selection box had a price prompt alert and the assistant had to type in price on main machine.

Jars of traditional sweets in Asda in the seasonal Christmas isle for 50p, reduced from £2! Thought this would be a great stocking filler as you can't go wrong with sweets for the kids!

There are sweets like pear drops, jazzies, rhubarb and custards, fizzy strawberries, cola bottles etc...

Featured on hotukdeals.com and thought I'd see for myself as I'm down there:)

it was a short lived error they sent a nation wide email stating to reduce selection boxes to 50p in the morning (should've been certain ones only oops) then realizing their error late afternoon sent another one saying was it to late to stop the reduction my brother works for them and only told me after the error that night still I had to laugh at asdas muck up can imagine how much they've lost through it lol

Cadburys wishes chocolates are currently going through at Asda at 12p when the price label says 50p! They are yummy and great for stocking fillers. Grab them quick because they had them at my local Asda this week, then took them all off the shelf (maybe they realised), but then I saw them today at another Asda and they went through at 12p again, so I guess it's nationwide.

They are large individual chocolates on the till end.
