My local Chelmsford has 75% off selection boxes reduced from £2 to 0 50 pence

Also chocolate wishes only 12 pence each and gold coin bags only 25 pence each

Seems Asda have reduced all their selection boxes from £2 down to 50p, including Mars and Maltesers. Instore Only at the moment

I happened to be in there at 9.30 when they made an announcement. I took 4 to give as gifts and a few little chocolate bits but some people had a trolley full! Shelves were cleared within about 10 minutes!

Just back from Asda Kirkcaldy where the staff refused to sell them to me, they were clearing the shelves themselves, complained at desk only to be told that it was a pricing mistake and they should have been £2, yeah right........:mad:

Liverpool Hunts Cross have them, not for long though as some people were walking out with half a trolley full!
It's no pricing mistake, the sign showed £2 crossed out reduced to 50p.
I was in the right place at the right time today for a change.

No Selection packs at mine (around 10am) However they did have the nets full of choc coins reduced to 25p from £1 managed to get some of those, also had boxes of the mini choc party rings for 50p instead of £1 (only choc ones were reduced) all in the seasonal isle hth

They're still £2 in the Southampton branch, I've just bought a couple.

Apparently it WAS/IS a pricing error!
It's working in some stores and not others - something to do with the instore settings at the particular store. I have two fairly local to me - one has the reductions and one doesnt - apparently though they were not meant to go live until Boxing Day!! Someone made a booboo! lol

Shelves pretty empty at the one that does have the offer on - as you can imagine some people were grabbing loads!

had these in asda derby (spondon) dont expect to find any it was crazy all went in 2mins lots of people with trolleys full !!!!
