Hp Printer Ink Refill

I have just bought a refill from Inksave,co.uk. After following the instructions to the letter and also all the online advice from HP I cannot get the machine to print.

I am really sorry I bought a refill instead of a new cartridge but can anyone give me any tips on how I can get the machine to work again?

Obviously I cannot complain to HP as they will say I should have bought one of their cartridges!

It might be a problem with the ink cartridge. Have you tried contacting inksave? I have had similar problems with a different company and they sorted them without any fuss or bother.

Thank you for your reply. My machine is quite new so I think it's unlikely to be a problem with the cartridge. I found the refill very messy to do even after following the instructions closely. Anyway, after three email complaints they have offered me a £5 credit on my card if I buy an original cartridge which I have done today but, in future, I will use a different company as I found one offering originals for £2 cheaper.
