Hi Been just looking at this site for a while and decided to have a go, I have followed the guides in here and got to the mcol stage (5/4/07) got a response from the bank (Natwest) offering me all charges of £1886 and they have now acknowledged the claim giving them until 8/5/07.
Would the offer affect the claim at all and if i decide not to accept it should i reply to it.
Any help would be appreciated
