Anyone Successful Getting Free Kew Tickets?

there's meant to be 99,000 spare tix from today for entry between 22 Dec - 4 Jan but it shows dates this week that are only available but for payable tickets. subsequent dates after aren't shown, so I'm a bit confused whether there's a prob. with Kew's website or am I doing something wrong here?

can anyone shed light on this please as i'm really keen to go:p

I can't work this out either. It was also advertised in our local paper (we live in the area)

Am also having problems as the dates of the offer are not coming up on the booking pages.

Am going to email them to ask what the problem is, will update if I get a reply.

It does let you book more than once for different dates. Very unfair really, but they will go quick I'm sure as people book in multiple dates and then the tickets end up going to waste.
