Hi,
I bought a quinny pushchair from Kiddicare.com, I was delighted as it was £120, £50 cheaper than I'd seen it elswhere.
It's great and I loved it, but after a few months I had trouble putting it up and when I did one side didnt click into place making it unstable.
I emailed Kiddicare and they really gave me the run around, first asking for pictures, then saying I should spray it with lubricant.
I finally got them to agree to return it, but they have sent it back saying it's not faulty!
They actually sent it to the wrong address so it was thankfully not taken, but I have just received a call from the courier company wanting to re arrange delivery.
This has been going on since the 3rd April and all that time I've been withouit a buggy for my toddler, I am loathe to buy another but I need one.
To be fair I spoke to Quinny who could not have been nicer and they said they would happily repair it if Kiddicare returned it.
I have just emailed Kiddicare again saying I am not prepared to be inconvenienced any longer and am about to buy another buggy and now want a refund but I don't know how far i'll get.
I'm so furious at £120 probably going down the drain.

eek sorry to hear you've had such a rough time with them.
i must say in my only dealings with kiddicare the customer service has been excellent..........they refunded me £120 for a cot 18 months after i bought it because it developed a fault.i emailed them and they responded within the hour saying they would refund.
i hope you get a similar outcome-all be it with more trouble.0
