Isn't it about time people started using the internet more to sell their own houses as we do with cars now rather than paying these estate agents £1000's for doing what is little more than a semi skilled job,their only skill seems to be getting people to part with their money.

yes but how do we get it on property pal and property news .
These days that seems to be key to selling .

Unfortunately you can't list your property on these sites without going through an estate agent first.

Sounds like an opportunity for someone to start up a rival site and for a flat fee you add your own pictures and details.
