The insurance policy papers (the thick load of papers) you get after a policy, can you request a new lot to be sent to you?

- the papers which states all the legal claws etc.

for home insurance? if you cannot find them?, can they resend the whole policy

and also, can these be available online too, the 'general' policy of claws from that company, which they send out for home insurance?

or to see a home insurance policy for home insurnace, you have to have home insurance with that company only ??

Are you claiming for something or notifying them of something that may affect your risk?

Be prepared to disclose this when you ask for the paperwork.

Many insurers you can now log onto their website and download your documents to read the clauses (or claws if you prefer).

Certainly all will send you a duplicate however some do charge an administration fee for doing so.
