My original order made using the code before the glitch was stumbled upon is still awaiting dispatch, so no need to worry just yet

Ive emailed them to ask why i cant log in, its irritating me because i actually wanted to make another order before the xmas cut off, but oh well, im guessing theyre quite rushed at this time of year

I've just had dispatch email for my order - they're delivering through UPS.

Yay they dispatched one of my orders too, looks like theyre honoring the glitch and not charging full price

I've had a despatch notice too.

When I checked my order online, it says discount £0.00, hope they don't charge the extra £20 to my card. I can't see that they can do so legally, as I did not authorise the extra amount. It's not showing on my credit card currently, will keep an eye on it.

Did your email not show the total? Mine showed £3.99 as the total, so i cant see how they could charge me more than that.

My email does say the reduced total, I will make sure not to delete it and will do a chargeback with the credit card if they try to charge any more.

Did anyone else make more than one order? I did two, but ive had a despatch notice for one, and nothing for the other? Even though they were placed minutes apart, and they still wont let me log into my account and have not replied to my email
