I wasn't told that I would be paying full price so I didn't cancel before they came. I could hardly argue when I realised because I'd used the codes knowing that they didn't really apply to each order. Cost me a fortune for things that I would never have bought for full price. (I have a ton of cucumber water, cucumber cleanser, passionfruit face cleanser and lip balms in all sorts of flavours - at least I have clean skin and soft lips!)
One word covers this eventuality, refund.

If you add at least £41 of stuff to your basket and make sure your total spend is at least £21 then the code should stay for those that cant get it to work.

I too have only ever purchased from the body shop when a glitch is on and have never been charged full price, or had an order cancelled?!

Body Shop are known for their 'glitches', and for honouring them, and the consumer can therefore only assume these are intentional, a marketing strategy employed by the Body Shop to clear stock.
  • I think it may have stopped working, just tried a 2nd order and £20 not coming off unless over £40 spend

Squarepants - when did this happen to you? I have made multiple orders in the past and worst i had was card frozen for a few days so i had to use another ;)

They have always honoured mine except I am still waiting for 2 LYB cards from Aug and even when i was cheeky enough to ring about them they never said "well you didn't actually pay for them did you!", apologised and said will send out now ....... shan't ring again even if they don't arrive cos i really was pushing my luck

I have just done a couple of orders - starting Xmas shopping for 2013 as just used up most of glitch stuff from August :D
