Eek! how many is 'a few'?! You don't have to answer if you don't want...just paranoid now. I've done two orders. Thanks for the heads up anyway. I was going to do one more order for something for my husband, but maybe I won't now!0 -

Do you mean this happened this time with this glitch or there was a previous glitch where it happened? Not heard of this happening on the glitches here before... more likely they would have to cancel our orders or ask us to verify them once you've approved the card sale, surely?0 -

Adding at £4 for me?
Got a bath lily instead at £1.500 -
I wasn't told that I would be paying full price so I didn't cancel before they came. I could hardly argue when I realised because I'd used the codes knowing that they didn't really apply to each order. Cost me a fortune for things that I would never have bought for full price. (I have a ton of cucumber water, cucumber cleanser, passionfruit face cleanser and lip balms in all sorts of flavours - at least I have clean skin and soft lips!)0

I've never known the Body Shop to refuse to honour a glitch - it's the only time I buy from them and I've not had a cancellation yet, nor have they charged the full amount to my card.
Can the poster who said this please let us know when exactly this happened and what happened subsequently?0
