Got mine today, checked my card and was charged the correct amount £7.99 whoop
Didnt get a dispatched email though and it turned up with ups :T

I have just had £20 taken from my credit card by the Body Shop. I have disputed the transaction with the company, as I did not authorise the additional transaction but have to warn other people to check their statements too.

The charge was not on the card when I received the goods, if it had been then I would have returned them. Unfortunately I've just lit the candle that was part of my order, so can't return them now.

All of my orders came through and the dispatch notice included the orginal £20 discount. I have checked and they havnt taken anything extra from my card but i will check again in a few days.
