Can I claim charges up to the day I send my letter advising of how much I am claiming

I am sending my letter today advising how much I am claiming for. Can I claim for all charges up to today?????

yes you can. You can continue to tot up charges right up until you accept a settlement or make an offical claim at court. Make sure you make any charges showing as pending on statements to be applied the following month as part of any negotiation for settlement too. Good luck
