Bank charges again

I've just read an e-mail sent from the Fool website regarding a Mr Tom Brennan & his crusade against illegal bank charges. It's his opinion that there's a possibility that claims may be made in excess of 6 years due to a certain clause in the statute of limitations. Just wondered if anyone here had tried this & if so, what response did you receive?

I haven't claimed back my bank charges over 6 years but I believe there is a good section about this on the Consumer action group website. Hope it will help you.
