Natwast card

Hello,

I need a new card sure to mine being very old and it has a crack in it. I need to order a new one and usually I just go to my nearest branch and order one in-store.
Is there any other way of getting a new card sent out, maybe online or over the phone??

You can get a replacement card over the phone.

You can get a replacement card over the phone.

Depending on your circumstances lost/stolen cards are sent out quicker than replacement cards.

You should have their lost/stolen card number stored in any case. the geographic version is 01268 500813
  • Say your card is damaged but still usable and you'd like a replacement, and a member of staff will send what's called an "active replacement" which takes 5-7 working days to arrive (leave allowances for Christmas delays).

Make sure they have your most up to date address and that no mail has been returned from your address (this will result in cards not arriving).

They will identify you using details from your online login information, so I hope you're enrolled for online banking.

But remember that reporting a lost/stolen card. Means you will not be able to use the old one till you get the new one.
