Order lost at depot retailer will not resend to us

Dalesrider has the right idea. Citylink are the retailer's agent not yours. It's up to them to sort the matter out. If they won't, then get your money back from the card issuer and go elsewhere with better customer service.0 -
The courier are under contract to the seller, not you.
Do not let them pass the buck leaving you chasing the courier.
Contact the seller giving them 7 days notice of bringing a chargeback claim via your credit card, none receipt of postal goods and refused refund is a valid cause.
Contact the credit card company to inform them this is what you are doing, they will ask for some details and send a rocket in their direction.Be happy...;)0
