i attempted to make a booking went all through process cc details ect at the end it went back to home page no confirmation i didnt know if i had booked or not
contacted cc twice they said the money had gone through
emailled rates to go & phoned they claimed the money hadnt gone through only pending
christmas eve 2 phone calls from rates to go really hassling me when i was up to my eyes in cooking
i got back to cc this time they said they authorised payment but it hadnt been taken
mean while hotel prices haven risen
& i have a confusing email from rates to go about extra charges & no record of my booking
i would not trust this company:mad:
