I want to buy a new cell phone that costs under £150 UPGRADE (I am elligable).
I saw these:
Sony Xperia U
Sony Xperia J
HTC Desire X
I prefer Android Ice Cream Sandwich. Manufacturer doesn't matter.

The Phone Forum tends to keep a better track the best value offers than this one. It would probably be better if you asked there.0

If you're not too brand conscious then take a look at the Huawei Ascend G300, a lot of phone for around 100 quid, ships with Gingerbread but can be upgraded to ICS.

2nd, it's a great phone for the price.
You might have to ditch any "upgrade" bonus and buy it outright from vodafone (and get a £6 unlock key from ebay).0 -
