I think it'll be even nice with sultanas, they're jucier and don't have as many scary crunchy bits in the middle!

I have my first attempt at a pastry-less quiche in the oven!
I've been making these for years, and find that if I add a finely chopped, de-seeded green chilli pepper, something magical happens! The eggy mix comes out of the oven, cools down a bit, and it's just so succulent and yummy!:D0
