I've never paid attention to my usage (just the figure on the bill ) so can't comment on whether it's exceptionally high or not.
In your position I would invest in an energy monitor, pronto, so you can track what's eating up your power (likely to be anything that generates heat). Some public libraries loan these out foc.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

No.
Or more accurately - it depends.
15MWh would not be a silly figure for a house heated electrically, in some cases.
Are the readings based on figures taken by the meter reader - or is it estimated?
Have you checked your current meter reading, and seen if it tallies with the expected read on this date?0 -
It is a correct meter reading, we are using about £40 per month0
-
If thats the case you should be paying around £180 per month.
14500 Kwh @ say 15p/unit = £2175

So do you use Electric Heating or not?. This has been asked a couple of times as its extremely relevant to your question!!
