Sportsdirect

I made an orders from their site on 28 November,1 Dec and 4 Dec .Nothing arrived and had no communication. I tried to send an email, they respond automatically. This has to be the worst customer servive I have ever experienced!!!

And if its footwear you've ordered chances are it'll last another fortnight.

Why? There is nothing wrong with the quality of anything in sports direct. Pile them high, sell them cheap doesn't make it a bad store, if you want goodwill rights instead of just SOGA rights buy from a full price retailer.

I have bought a number of items off them for my hols next week. All of them have arrived fine, in fact the suitcases I bought were ordered on the monday eve and delivered tuesday morning.

    Go Figure!

Usually buy my trainers there. Have just called it time on a pair of Dunlop Green Flash trainer's I've had for nearly 3 years. Worn almost every day, and only cost £20.
Have now bought some pink and black Airwalk skate trainers, hope they'll be just as durable :)
Also bought two t-shirts for my son that are lasting a fair wee while, especially as they're being worn by a 2 year old.
Also bought my eldest's first pair of trainers there. They were fab. Still have them for when DS2 is old enough :)

My only criticism of them is their staff can be a bit dim. I asked for a pair of men's trainers in a size 9. The sales assistant stood maybe 5 ft from the store room door, while the entire staff fiddled with their walkie talkies and tried to fix a problem with them. 15 minutes of watching this muppet faff with his walkie talkie rather than just walking into the store room (as they had just done on the level below when I got some women's shoes) and I told him to forget it, as did about 5-10 others who were waiting. Common sense would have said "let's do this minus a walkie talkie for a bit"

That is not my experience. Last pair of boots I had from them lasted less than 6 weeks before multiple faults appeared.

    Having issues myself with SportsDircect.com.

Ordered 3 items on 3rd Dec. Follwing day told one item not available till Jan so ordered delayed. Then got email saying order been dispatched and will be delivered.

using the online tracking tracked my order upto Gatwick Airport where it remained no attempt at delivery from Yodel or left at neighbours etc only for it to be returned to sender where it has now been delivered back to Sheffield where it originated.

I have emailed Customer Service twice no reply so far as to why my order was never delivered. Cant find a number for customer services and no idea whats happening with the £50+ they have of my money.

Any ideas on how I go about getting a refund.
Proud to be dealing with my debts :j:j

I had a Yodel delivery just before christmas which came into my local depot and went straight out...back to the shipper.

Seems some Yodel depots had issues...
