Npower Dirty Rotten Crooks
This month they have tried to fiddle me yet again!
I received my 'estimates' this time they were higher.
So i called and gave my lower readings.
Bill arrived and its MORE
Npower are really taking the mickey right??
I called to ask why this is so and was told its because its billed over a longer period... (I called the reading in the same day i got the bill)
So basically they are saying its going to cost me more money to give an accuarte reading.
When i asked to speak to someone that could explain this process to me in more detail I was cut off...accidentally on purpose.
Iv had enough of these crooks and am switching monday. Npower will not be getting a penny.

The same will probably happen with any supplier who apply a daily standing charge..
They produce an estimated bill. It takes say a week to arrive. During that time 7 extra daily standing charges accrue, and so even if you call with a revised reading the day you get the bill, the revised bill will be based on the date the new reading was provided, and hence the higher standing charge accrued.0 -
5 days does not account for a £10 increase in a lesser bill.
This is like penalisation for supplying accurate readings.
Have i missed something ?0 -

You must have missed something.
Unless you can post copies of the two bills, you'll have to ask nPower to explain them to you. We're just guessing without seeing the detail.

for a higher bill, either more units or tariff riseDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
