YouFrame - Terrible Service Avoid

I activated a Groupon voucher for the company YouFrame on 6th November 2012. Ordering a canvas photo montage as an intended Christmas present. While they WERE able to process my order I found I was unable to access my account with them online, and thus keep an eye on delivery dates. When I raised this with YouFrame it took over three weeks for them to respond to my initial email, and that was only after I
had called them. Not only did they not rectify this issue or apologise, but they have not responded to subsequent emails nor do they now appear to answer their telephone. As a result I am completely in the dark as to whether I will receive my gift before Christmas as intended. In addition to this Groupon's customer support has been poor. When I was finally able to "chat" to someone on their website, the customer service representative left mid conversation! I have had no response to my enquiry whether I will be compensated for the problems I have experienced, and to make matters worse I still see YouFrame offers for their products on Groupon when their own website claims they are struggling to cope with demand. I am truly disgusted by the quality of service by both parties and suggest people avoid using them!
