ASDA Money Credit Card - with No Pin or Pin with No Card

I have received an ASDA Money Credit Card but No PIN.
Successful on-line application month of Nov 12; Received Card 8 Days Later; One Week after receiving Card still no PIN, so I Contacted Customer Services.
9 days later (16 Days after receiving card) Still No PIN, so Contacted Customer Services yet again today. Any Other Bank would have dispatched PIN within one or two days of the Card.
Anyone else received this card with no Pin or received Pin with no Card?

I think Asda is issued by Creation/Sygma bank. My new card arrived Thursday and PIN today. Have you registered your card on line? You can order your PIN from there.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

Perhaps the PIN has got lost or stuck in the post.
Perhaps the changeover of providers is causing some issues.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -
my mum has received her new card and pin number, but I am the additional card holder on the account, received the card the same time as her, two weeks ago, but my pin number still hasnt arrived. Also, for some reason we are unable to sign the back of the cards, tried loads of pens and nothing will work.0
