Help uploading photos using Kodak Z710

Can anyone help me with uploadin gmy photos using my Kodak Z710 camera , it used to be fine, a box used to come up saying import and I would, that doesn't happen anymore, when I go into computer the device is there but I can't upload or don't know what I need to do -do I have to change my settngs , thank you.
