Terms and Conditions

1. Competition closes on 23:59 on Friday January 11, 2013.
2. Entry is open to UK residents only aged 21 over. Employees of Villas4You, subsidiaries of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, Trinity Mirror plc, their immediate families or their agents or anyone else connected with this Competition are excluded from entering.
3. All entries must be made directly by completing the registration on the competition page on mirror.co.uk/florida
4. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devises or bulk entries will be void. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are invalid, incomplete, illegible, lost or delayed in transit, or which fail to be properly submitted. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
6. The prize is 7-night Villas4You Villa Holiday to Florida for 4 people up to the value of £5,000 including flights, travel insurance (subject to the winner’s eligibility) and intermediate car hire. Florida villa and UK departure airport of winner’s choice (subject to availability). If the total holiday chosen exceeds £5,000 then the winner must pay the difference. Any flights for additional passengers must be purchased through Villas4You. The Discovery Cove Ultimate Package provides unlimited admission for 14 consecutive days from first use to SeaWorld Orlando, Aquatica and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay with the exception of Discovery Cove which is a one day experience only. Guests must be at least 6 years of age to swim with the dolphins at Discovery Cove. Guests aged 6-12 must be accompanied by an adult who is also participating in the dolphin swim. Discovery Cove guests aged 3-5 must use the non-swim package. Free bus transportation is available to Busch Gardens on the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express. Children 0-2 years of age are free of charge at all parks.
7. Travel to/from UK departure airport, sustenance, spending money and any other costs/expenses not included (winner’s responsibility)
8. Holiday must be booked by December 30, 2013 and depart between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013. All dates subject to availability at the time of booking.
9. Competition winner must be a named passenger on the booking. Villas4You do not accept single sex group bookings on selected Villas.
10. Car hire includes Zero Excess Collision Damage Waiver, the first named driver must be 21 or over and subsequent drivers 25 or over.
11. Competition published in other Trinity Mirror titles. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and has no cancellation value once booked.
12. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements of these Terms and Condition may result in forfeiture of the prize. In which event the prize will be offered to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. No correspondence will be entered into
