Keyring printing software?

I need to print some pictures to fit into keyrings. Is there any free software available to do this?

just find the size of the picture you want and scale the picture in any image editing program to that size.0

Most paint packages can resize to a desired width (sometimes both in pixels and in actual measurements). I found this on download.com but no idea whether it's any use.
Also, doing a search on google for "keyring printer software" I found a few results.Throwing acid is bad.... in some peoples eyes...0 -
