CC for Purchasing with 10K limit

Hi All.

What is the best offer on credit cards for purchasing? I have checked out the Halifax One deal (0% for 12 months) is there any others out there? the reason being is that I already have the Halifax Classic card with 0 balance and credit limit of £4000.

Is it still possible to apply for the Halifax One CC and be accepted as I already have a Classic card? also I need a credit limit of £10K I also have a good credit score with no bad debts

Start by reading the credit card articles. Click on that big red CREDIT CARDS - WHICH IS THE BEST FOR ME? at the top of this section. In it you will find links to the best credit cards for purchases. You will then probably want to take a look at the Sainsburys credit card.

Nobody can say what limit you will get. It depends on your personal circumstances.

I know that it is possible to upgade/downgrade? from a Halifax Platinum card to the HFX one, so it might be worthwhile giving it a go.

Thanks for the info, basically I need to raise £10K to fund a project, I have just applied for the EGG blue card for purchasing and have been offered £4K instantly.

I have a limit of 10K on my Egg green card with no outstanding balance and my anniversary month is May, does anybody know what my chances of me getting a 10K limit on my Blue card?
