Somebody Please Help

I have been requesting my bank statements from Lloyds TSB for more than the 40 days and they have now sent me 20 pages showing just charges.
Am I correct in thinking that they should be sending me my actual statements as requested??????
How can I be sure that they have noted all the charges on these sheets?
They have cashed my £10 cheque for these 20 pieces of paper.

alright pal!!! listen dont worry i got the same 20 pages of charges from my bank of charges so i went to the bank and told them to email the dept that deals with charges. i did get messed about abit and was told "we have emailed them and we will again cos there busy" so i told them i wanted to close my account!!! guess what the statments arrived 2 days later:j but every thing on the 20 pices of paper was on the statments so i didnt really need them plus there a nightmere to shred!!! good luck

Actually, if you have sent this as a request unter the Data Protection Act, you are asking for the charges, not for the statements per se, only that most banks send the statements as this is less work. But you are not entitled to receive this information in the form of statements!
