Sky go on Android Jelly Bean

I have just read that sky go is now available on Android jelly bean(as of yesterday),so does this mean that if I was to purchase any tablet which ran jelly bean would I be able to watch sky on the device once I had installed the skygo app from play store?

Cheers Toxteth, that will explain why it does not work on mine.

A word of warning, it also does not work on rooted android devices.

Which totally stops me using it.
