Still showing the 18.75 for me. Then when you;ve confirmed your details it changes. Think they'll honour it if I pay the price they ask then refer them back to the advertised price of 18.75? Would make fab gifts

I'm really surprised, I just phoned Customer Services, and the woman has let me order the Inspirational Hamper over the phone, and has said that they will put the order through at the ££262.50 price, but she had authorised a refund of £175 to be processed on the date of despatch to bring it down to the £87.50 shown on the website!

I hope you got her name as they promised my friend a similar thing a couple of weeks ago...it didn't happen...and that was for just a few pounds...mind you you can just send it all back
  • just rang customer services and they said the £18 xx price for the cheese hamper was supposed to be the discount and it was an error on the site...wouldnt let me have it at that price :-(

I bought it and then cancelled as I don't drink or eat chutney and that much cheese will make me fat :D
Good point! I ordered the Festive Indulgence one only because I want the wicker picnic basket! :D:p
