Funds available on TD Direct

Does anyone know if TD Direct publishes a list of funds that they sell and rebates they give? I mean something you can look at before you open an account. In particular, I am wondering if they offer the clean W class of Newton Real Return and the semi-clean No Trail class of Invesco Perpetual Income (which still pays platform commission).
