    How long do the passes take to arrive? It's been a week now and still not got anything. Am I being impatient?

    I phoned last Friday and they said they were going out then. Should be arriving by today, apparently..........

    Doubt I'll be using gweek to get passes ever again... Nice sounding man or not. Two weeks down the line and still no sign of money being taken and passes coming.

    I called yesterday. Apparently they were all sent (special delivery) yesterday. Something about the offer being extended (not sure why that means the rest of us have to wait, but there we go). My money was taken 2 weeks ago, and I originally needed them by today. We've postponed to next week now.

    Luckily once you have the passes you can renew online in future. Not sure this hassle is worth it year on year.
