I'm looking to find this information as well. A lot of the sites around don't seem to say where it needs to go. They all say "send the letter off" but no more. I'm sure I read on here that it needs to go to your local branch.
Any help for me and Vicki?

Over the last few weeks I have been contacting the Bank of Scotland Customer Services with queries in regards to reclaiming. All staff very helpful but with different answers. I have been told to phone in with a quote and they would call back with an answer, secondly after phoning in with my quote I was told to send the letter along with the list of charges to Bank of Scotland, Customer Relations, Viking Way, Rosyth Euro Park, Rosyth, KY11 2UU. Then today as I am sending my letter I called just to make sure this was the correct address I called and was informed to send the letter to Halifax PLC, Customer Relations, PO Box 548, LEEDS, LS1 1WU. (Even though I am with the Bank of Scotland, both banks have now merged and the letter has to go to the Leeds address.) So my letter is off to Leeds.......I hope this helps.
