After a really skint month and using my HSBC card again I got paid today and am starting afresh. I have £216 after all my bills, shopping and my agreed amount of debt repayments to last me the month. I need to use this for petrol ( don't use that much as only 15mins to work and back) and general spending so hoping to use a…

Thanks Storm-I am driving so will probably have half a shandy and make it last. Sometimes it makes me feel a bit scroogy but then I have to remember that years of being not at all scroogey and living beyond my means has got me into this mess in the first place! I would be £100 better off a month if I hadn't run up these debts-how annoying! It feels nice to be back in control though instead of sticking my head in the sand.
